OPTIMIST Botanicals are award-winning, artfully distilled botanical spirits that are completely free of alcohol. Reminiscent of a bitter old-school Amaro but with a contemporary Cali twist.

How it tastes: Citrus, herbal, bitter. Orange, pink grapefruit, mandarin orange, bay laurel, sage, wormwood, gentian, dandelion root.

How to drink it: Pour: 1 part bitter OPTIMIST Cali Amaro over ice and 1 part tonic or club soda for a spritz. More recipes here
